`- Giles Island is accessible to our guests by taking our ferry across the oxbow lake known as Old River. The address of the ferry landing is 449 Old River Boat Camp Road, Ferriday, LA. Look for the Giles Island sign. We have a triple lot on the old riverside that can accommodate up to 20 vehicles for parking. The camp on this side of Old River is used for layover convenience in the event weather prevents travel by ferry. The travel time by ferry is 5 minutes. Giles Island will supply transportation to and from the airports operating in the vicinity. Natchez-Adams County Airport - Located 30 minutes from the ferry landing.
