The
kitchen/dining area inside The Antlers Lodge is 1500 sq
.ft. and accommodates up to 25 people for dining. Meals
are served buffet style and the view from the dining room
is spectacular.
Every morning starts with a continental breakfast before
the hunt. Immediately after the morning hunt a true Southern
breakfast will be served including eggs, jalapeno cheese
grits, hash browns, pancakes, ham, sausage, or bacon, country
biscuits, juice, milk, and coffee.
Lunch and Supper are chef's choice of various meats, vegetables, and
desserts.
Snacks are always available
for the guests. Please feel free to help yourself. Before the evening meal is served, appetizers are available
in order to give each hunter time to return from the evening
hunt.
We are proud to have as our chef, Paul Kuhn of Natchez, MS. Paul is always open to special requests
concerning dietary needs.
