The Trophy Room and back porch offer a magnificent view across a hardwood bottom with a lighted food plot where deer, turkey and dove feed every day. The walls of the game room are filled with old photographs of the owner, F. Speed Bancroft and his father depicting some of their most cherished hunting and fishing trips. Our wall of fame features photos of the best deer taken on the island. Giles Island lodging facilities are air-conditioned and heated. The water supply is from Concordia Parish Water Works. Electricity is supplied by Concordia Electric Cooperative, Inc. All sewage systems are either septic tank or waste water treatment centers. The Sipping Shack is our most luxurious accommodation. This log cabin includes 2 Bedrooms, 2½ bath, whirlpool, kitchen and washroom. The stone fireplace makes it the perfect spot to spend a weekend in comfort and seclusion. ` Other lodging facilities are positioned in compound style surrounding The Antlers Lodge. Fort Bragg - Sleeps 6, two separate apartments with each having one double size bunk, one queen size bed, bath, and screened porch. Kid's Camp - Upper Kids - sleeps 4, four queen size beds, living area, bath, kitchen, and porch. Lower Kids - sleeps 3, one double size bunk, one queen size bed, bath, and porch.
